This Community House was converted into individual flats which cater for the special needs of the tenants.
This is one of a series of projects that we have been commissioned to carry out for Ark Housing Association. Our brief was to convert the existing community home into 9 no. individual units with communal kitchen and living accommodation for tennants with special needs. The object was to give tennants their own private spaces. The project has recently been completed and the feedback from both staff and tennants to date has been very positive, so much so that the staff have already noticed positive changes in behaviour of a number of the tenants. One reason we are proud to have played a part in this project.
