Our office in South Queensferry was originally the Station Master's office at Dalmeny Station. We transformed the building into besoke offices suited to a modern architects practice while retaining many of the original features.

West Lothian Council were looking to combine several departments into one space therefore decided to utilise an existing office in Livingston. We were involved in the refurbishment and conversion of this building into new upgraded offices.
The new office consisted of two floors which had a full contemporary refurbishment that tied through with the WLC working space standards. The lower ground floor was converted from storage to new IT suites and meeting rooms.

Won in competition with 5 other architects, we were commissioned by Liebherr Great Britain Ltd to design and take on site their new office, warehouse and workshop facility. Just recently completed it has been a demanding but enjoyable project for us to work on and one that we are very proud of.

This was the renovation/alterations to an existing industrial unit to provide a purpose made factory for the client who are specialists in micro-electronics. The works were completed in September 2011.

Won in competition with 4 other architects, we were successful in designing Land Rover's first 'Adventure Centre' in Scotland, complete with test track to simulate a series of punishing off-road situations.
holyrood, edinburgh
This was part of the North Site in Holyrood Edinburgh, Brewery run by Scottish And Newcastle Brewery. We had successfully designed the first Apart hotel in Canonmill and were asked to design this 42 apartment block with associated parking reception area, the dense site and overlooking restriction offer major design restraints. However the building sits well within the mixer of styles in the development.
